We have considered "Appellants' Unopposed Motion to Dismiss Appeal Voluntarily" filed by John Bogert and A-4 Supply & Parts, Inc. It is the court's opinion that the motion should be granted; therefore, we dismiss the appeal of appellants John Bogert and A-4 Supply & Parts, Inc. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(f). This case shall hereafter be styled "Nader Daryapayma a/k/a Nader Payma and 4 Angels, Inc. v. Myung "Michael" Park."

Costs of the appeal incurred by appellants John Bogert and A-4 Supply & Parts, Inc. shall be paid by them, for which let execution issue. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(d).
