ORDER

This I.R.C. section 6330(d) case, presently calendared for trial at the Court's standalone remote trial session beginning at 1:00 PM (ET)/10:00 AM (PT) on March 11, 2024, is before the Court on respondent's Motion for Extension of Time to File Administrative Record and Motion for Continuance, both filed December 13, 2023.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted in that this case is stricken from the Court's March 11, 2024, standalone remote trial session, and is calendared for trial at the Court's standalone remote trial session, scheduled to commence at 1:00 PM (ET)/10:00 AM (PT) on April 2, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the Court's April 2, 2024, standalone remote trial session and (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for Small Tax Cases for that same trial session. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time to File Administrative Record is granted and the time within which the parties are to stipulate as to the administrative record is extended to February 16, 2024.
