This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 4, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas.
On October 27, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index No. 12) and concurrently therewith filed a Settlement Stipulation (Index No. 13). Upon review, the Court noticed that the Proposed Stipulated Decision was missing a signature. On December 1, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a corrected Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index No. 14) and concurrently therewith filed a Settlement Stipulation.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision at Index No. 12, filed with the Court on October 27, 2023, is stricken from the record of this case. It is further
ORDERED that the parties' Settlement Stipulation at Index No. 13, filed with the Court on December 1, 2023, is stricken from the record of this case.
