DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 5, 2014, for leave to reargue their prior motion for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 29, 2015, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from the decision and order on motion of this court.
