On August 20, 2021, the parties filed a joint Motion To Submit Case Pursuant to Rule 122. Also on August 20, 2021, the parties filed a second joint Motion To Submit Case Pursuant to Rule 122, which is a duplicate of the joint Motion To Submit Case Pursuant to Rule 122 previously filed.
Accordingly, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the second joint Motion To Submit Case Pursuant to Rule 122, filed August 20, 2021, is hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case.
