On February 22, 2023, the Commissioner filed an unopposed motion to strike motion in limine to exclude expert testimony of Douglas Kenny at Doc. 282 (motion to strike). In the motion to strike, the Commissioner indicated the document filed at Doc. 282 is incomplete and that the Commissioner refiled the complete document later the same day at Doc. 284. Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to strike motion is granted, and that the Commissioner's motion in limine to exclude expert testimony of Douglas Kenny (Doc. 282) is deemed stricken from the Court's record.
