DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated August 13, 2018, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel, to be represented by Dennis B. Laughlin, Esq. By letter dated February 28, 219 by Dennis B. Laughlin, Esq., he requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate with counsel. By decision and order dated March 14, 2019 counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated March 20, 2019, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by April 15, 2019. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
