ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
Francisco Javier Jimenez appeals from an order of the district court denying a "motion for recalculation of additional credits." Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Smith, Judge.
No statute or court rule permits an appeal from an order denying a "motion for recalculation of additional credits," and, therefore, we lack jurisdiction to consider this appeal. See Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352-53, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990) (explaining the right to appeal is statutory; where no statute or court rule provides for an appeal, no right to appeal exists). Accordingly, we
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
