Opinion issued January 31, 2006. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex.R.App.P. 47.

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 2, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F04-54040-MI. Dismissed.

Before Justices MORRIS, MOSELEY, and FITZGERALD.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Tomaz Fraire Jimenez pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery. Pursuant to the plea bargain agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at five years' imprisonment and a $1500 fine. The trial court's rule 25.2(d) certification states the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal. The certification is supported by the record. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeals for want of jurisdiction.
