Jimenez v. King Ocean Services

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Apr 5, 1995
651 So. 2d 780 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1995)

Opinion

No. 94-3031.

March 8, 1995. Rehearing Denied April 5, 1995.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County; Herbert M. Klein, Judge.

Angel Lorenzo Jimenez, in pro. per.

Schreiber, Rodon-Alvarez, P.A., and Gerhardt A. Schreiber, Coral Gables, for appellee.

Before HUBBART, COPE and GREEN, JJ.

Angel Lorenzo Jimenez, plaintiff below, appeals a final judgment entered after jury trial. Although the notice of appeal was originally premature because it was filed prior to the entry of final judgment, that problem was cured by the subsequent entry of final judgment. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.110(m).

After careful consideration of appellant's points on appeal, we conclude that no reversible error has been shown. See Applegate v. Barnett Bank, 377 So.2d 1150 (Fla. 1979).

Affirmed.
