From the 45th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2015-CI-02692
Honorable Stephani A. Walsh, Judge Presiding
ORDER
On December 3, 2015, appellee filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that the trial court's take-nothing order on appellants' claims against appellee is interlocutory because the trial court did not dispose of appellee's counterclaim. The clerk's record was filed on December 30, 2015. The record does not contain an order disposing of appellee's counterclaim for reasonable attorney's fees and costs under Chapter 10 of the Civil Practice & Remedies Code. We order appellants' response to appellee's motion to dismiss due January 25, 2016. We further order appellants to file a copy of any requests for a supplemental clerk's record with this court by January 11, 2016. We order all deadlines in this appeal are suspended until further order of the court.
