On February 17, 2023, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision. Upon review of the record, the Court notes that the pleadings do not appear to include a complete copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before March 7, 2023, the Commissioner shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based.
