Upon due consideration of petitioner's Motion For Continuance, filed January 25, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted and this case is stricken for trial from the Court's New York, New York trial session commencing on February 22, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before March 18, 2022, either submit settlement documents or file further status report(s) (joint or separate) advising as to the then present status of this case. Any report(s) filed shall state with specificity the remaining issues in this matter.
