JIE GAO & CHENGJU WANG, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

The Court issued an oral opinion in this case back in May 2023. Because the Court found partially in favor of both parties, a computation needed to be done. Respondent reported last months that computations have proven difficult, but reasonably asks to report again in April if the case isn't wrapped up before then. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before April 23, 2024 the parties will submit computations under Rule 155 or respondent shall file a status report.
