Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Hill, P.J., McNamee, Bliss and Heffernan, JJ., concur; Crapser, J., dissents from that part of the order which grants an examination of the witness Charles J. Quillman. This is an appeal from an order for an examination before trial.
