Upon consideration of the Notice of Filing and Motion to Dismiss Appeal filed by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, it is ordered that the stipulated motion is granted and that the petition for review be and the same is hereby voluntarily dismissed.

Respondent's Motion to Consolidate and Petitioner's Motion to Review Denial of Appellate Attorneys' Fees are hereby denied as moot.
