The brief of Appellants Jetall Companies, Inc. and Ali Choudhri was originally due on October 9, 2023. Appellants did not file her brief on the due date. Instead, on October 23, 2023, they filed their First Motion for Extension Time to File Appellants' Brief, requesting sixty additional days to file their brief. We granted the motion directing Appellants to file their brief by December 8, 2023.
On December 7, 2023, Appellants filed a Second Motion to Extend Time to File Appellants' Brief, requesting a second sixty-day extension to file their brief. Appellant's second motion for extension of time is granted.
Appellant's brief is due on February 7, 2024. No further extensions will be granted absent extraordinary circumstances.
