This case is calendared for trial during the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session. On August 6, 2021, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance of trial and requested that this case be restored to the general docket. Because this case has not yet been assigned to an Appeals Officer, the parties request additional time to allow petitioner the opportunity to work with the Appeals Office on a possible settlement.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties joint motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken for trial from the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida trial session and is continued generally.
