On April 13, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to the Taxable Year 2021 and to Strike. On December 19, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction that appears to be the same document respondent filed as a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to the Taxable Year 2021 and to Strike.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed December 19, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. 1
