ORDER

DAVID GUSTAFSON JUDGE

This case is set for trial at the Court's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, trial session beginning April 18, 2022. On January 11, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion (Doc. 13) for a document subpoena hearing. In view of the Commissioner's status report, it is

ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the Court's March 23, 2022, Washington, D.C., remote special hearing session. This case will not be called on March 23, 2022, and the third party need not appear.
