Appeal from the Circuit Court of Baltimore City (O'DUNNE, J.).
Suit by Hannah Jeppi against Lawrence H. Jeppi for permanent alimony on the ground of abandonment, and cross-bill by defendant for a divorce a vinculo matrimonii on ground of adultery. From decrees dismissing bills of complaint, respective complainants appeal. Decree dismissing wife's bill affirmed, and decree dismissing husband's bill reversed and cause remanded.
The cause was argued before PARKE, SLOAN, MITCHELL, JOHNSON, and DELAPLAINE, JJ.
