Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; Maurice T. Dooling, Judge.

Action by Joseph Jentick and Malcolm Osgood Austin against the Pacific Gas & Electric Company, and others, to recover for injuries suffered in a gas explosion. From a judgment against named defendant and in favor of the other defendants, named defendant appeals.

Reversed, and judgment ordered in favor of named defendant notwithstanding the verdict.
