Appeal, No. 106, March T., 1961, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Jan. T., 1958, No. 1996, in case of Herbert L. Jensen et al. v. City of Pittsburgh. Judgment affirmed; reargument refused February 6, 1962.

Trespass for personal injuries. Before SOFFEL, J.

Judgment entered for defendant on whole record after jury disagreed. Plaintiffs appealed.

Guy L. Warman, with him John A. Metz, Jr., Leo J. Kelly, and Metz, Cook, Hanna Kelly, for appellants.
