ORDER
The Court REINSTATES the appeals.
On February 25, 2016, we ordered the trial court to make findings regarding why the clerk's and reporter's records had not been filed. On March 1, 2016, we received the clerk's records. On March 28, 2016, appellant filed a motion to dismiss the appeal in cause no. 05-15-01411-CR. And, on April 4, 2016, we received the reporter's record.
We ORDER the reporter's record filed as of the date of this order.
The Court will dispose of the motion to dismiss the appeal in cause no. 05-15-01411-CR in due course.
We ORDER the Collin County District Clerk to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, supplemental records containing the order appointing Marc Fratter as appellant's attorney.
We ORDER court reporter Tonya Lebo to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, a supplemental record containing State's Exhibit nos. 24, 25, and 26, CDs.
Appellant's brief in cause no. 05-15-01408-CR is due within FORTY DAYS of the date of this order.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Yoon Kim, Collin County District Clerk; court reporter Tonya Lebo; and to counsel for all parties.
