Opinion

Term No. 49F16. (Abstract of Decision.)

Opinion filed April 25, 1949 Rehearing denied May 24, 1949 Released for publication June 9, 1949

DIVORCE, § 103propriety of overruling, motion to vacate decree. Order overruling husband's motion to vacate decree granting divorce to wife after husband had signed entry of appearance and parties had entered into a stipulation as to custody of minor children and payments for their support was affirmed, as against husband's contentions that entry of appearance did not confer jurisdiction over his person and that there was collusion and an abuse of discretion by trial court (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1947, ch. 110, par. 174; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 104.050).
