Upon consideration of the petition for certiorari filed in the above-styled case, the same is hereby granted, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is vacated, and the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of this Court's decision in Johnson v. State, __ Ga. __, No. S22A0964 (March 15, 2023).
