Pro se Plaintiff Lynn Allan Jenkins I filed a Motion for Stay to File Response to MTGLQ's Motion to Dismiss. Mr. Jenkins has not shown good cause for granting of a stay. Accordingly, his Motion for Stay is DENIED. Mr. Jenkins may file an opposition to MTGLQ's Motion to Dismiss no later than fourteen days from the date of this Order.
