IT IS ORDERED on the court’s own motion, we modify the opinion by deleting the sentence on page 10 [216 Cal.App.4th 509, advance report, 3rd par., lines 12-15], stating, “Additionally, the debtor has the right to postpone the foreclosure sale for one day to pay off the outstanding debt. (Whitman v. Transtate Title Co. (1985) 165 Cal.App.3d 312, 317-320 [211 Cal.Rptr. 582].)"
