ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos Special Trial Judge

On March 15, 2023, petitioner filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. When this case was called from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at San Francisco, California on March 20, 2023, both petitioner and respondent appeared and were heard. When this case was recalled on March 22, 2023, the parties advised the Court that they had reached a basis for settlement.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before April 21, 2023, file a Proposed Stipulated Decision with the Court.
