ORDER
Elizabeth Crewson Paris, Judge.
This case is calendared for trial at the June 13, 2022, Shreveport, Louisiana remote proceedings Trial Session of the Court. On May 29, 2020, the Court issued a press release regarding remote proceedings. See www.ustaxcourt.gov. Therefore, the parties shall begin discussing settlement and/or preparation of a Stipulation of Facts (facts on which the parties agree) as soon as possible. All minor issues should be settled so that the Judge can focus on the issue(s) needing a decision. All facts and documents shall be stipulated (agreed upon in writing) to the maximum extent possible. Pursuant to the Court's Standing Pretrial Order, the Court ordered the parties to provide their current contact information and technology available to use Zoomgov . After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before April 22, 2022, the parties shall file a report with the Court as to the then present status of this case to include the following: (1) current and best phone number(s); (2) current mailing address; (3) current e-mail address; and (4) technology available to use Zoomgov. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before May 31, 2022, the parties shall file a Stipulation of Facts together with all stipulated documents. Documents and pages should be numbered for parties to identify easily.
