On July 10, 2024, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that these consolidated cases are currently under the jurisdiction of the Independent Office of Appeals, and that the first Appeals Conference is scheduled for September 5, 2024. The parties believe that additional time in Appeals will be productive. The parties request an additional ninety (90) days in which to submit a further status report.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before October 9, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a further status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
