This case is calendared for trial at the Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 27, 2023.

On October 26, 2023, docket entry 15, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance in this case. Respondent's Motion indicates that counsel for petitioner does not object to the granting of this motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed October 26, 2023, docket entry 15, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the November 27, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session of the Court, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2023, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report (or, if that is not possible, then separate reports) with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
