Master and Servant — Accounting.

On a bill for an accounting against a baking company by one employed by it as a deliveryman, to correct alleged errors in settlements made by the company in reference to sales made by plaintiff, held that the evidence failed to establish such errors.

Decided October 31st, 1929.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Baltimore City (DUKE BOND, J.).

Bill by John Jendrusiak against L.J. Appel Sons, Inc. From a decree for defendant, plaintiff appeals. Affirmed.

The cause was argued before BOND, C.J., URNER, ADKINS, OFFUTT, DIGGES, PARKE, and SLOAN, JJ.
