Appellant challenges an order denying his motion seeking post-conviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). We reverse and remand for further consideration in light of the Florida Supreme Court's recent decision in Heggs v. State, 25 Fla. L. Weekly S359 (Fla. May 4, 2000).

REVERSED AND REMANDED, with directions.
