Jeffries v. Jeffries

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Jul 27, 1983
435 So. 2d 364 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1983)

Opinion

No. 82-1980.

July 27, 1983.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Broward County; John A. Miller, Judge.

John L. Walkden, Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.

Alan J. Kluger of Law Offices of Alan J. Kluger, Miami, for appellee.

Our review of the record disclosing no substantial, competent evidence to support requiring the appellant to pay $4,331.00 as his share of certain improvements and debts, we reverse that finding. In all other respects the final judgment is affirmed.

REVERSED IN PART and AFFIRMED IN PART.

LETTS, HERSEY and WALDEN, JJ., concur.
