Opinion

No. 95-00409.

September 18, 1996.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County; Barbara Fleischer, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Michael J.P. Baker, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

We affirm Mr. Jeffrey's conviction and the special conditions of community control. We remand with directions for the trial court to correct the written special condition regarding random drug screens to conform to its oral pronouncement that such condition is required only "if there's an indication of a drug problem."
