ORDER DENYING PETITIONER'S PENDING MOTIONS


Came this day for consideration the following motions filed by petitioner HORACE JEFFERY:

1. Motion for Production of Documents, filed July 27, 2004;

2. Motion for Relief, filed June 27, 2004; and

3. Motion to Add Defendants, filed August 27, 2004.

On this date, the undersigned has entered a Report and Recommendation wherein the undersigned recommends petitioner's federal habeas application challenging a prison disciplinary proceeding be denied because he has not lost any previously earned good time as a result of the proceedings. Consequently, the above motions are hereby DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
