ORDER
Before the Court is court reporter Brooke Wagner's letter informing the Court that on May 22, 2020, appellants requested preparation of the reporter's record "for the entire length" of the case. Ms. Wagner notes she filed the reporter's record for the proceedings held between September 13, 2019 and October 25, 2019 and asked appellants to specify the portions of the additional proceedings and exhibits they want prepared. To date, however, appellants have not responded.
We note the reporter's record filed by Ms. Wagner consists of the record of the proceedings held September 13, 2019, October 11, 2019, and October 25, 2019. We also note that the reporter's record of proceedings held July 28, 2017 and September 22, 2017 have been filed. Accordingly, to the extent the reporter's record is not complete, we ORDER appellants to inform Ms. Wagner in writing of the additional portions of the proceedings and additional exhibits they want included in a supplemental reporter's record. Appellants shall inform Ms. Wagner, and file a copy of the request with the trial court clerk and the Court, no later than June 19, 2020. Should appellants request preparation of a supplemental reporter's record, Ms. Wagner shall inform the parties and the Court in writing whether a reporter's record exists of the requested proceedings no later than June 24, 2020.
Appellants' opening brief remains due July 14, 2020. The Court will reset the deadline should the reporter's record of additional proceedings be requested and exist.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Wagner and the parties.
