ORDER

This case was originally calendared for trial at the Court's Trial Session in Dallas, Texas which commenced on March 22, 2021. By Order of the Court dated March 12, 2021, this case was continued from the calendar and this Division of the Court retained jurisdiction.

On October 18, 2022, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. Counsel for petitioner had been experiencing difficulty in responsiveness by petitioner but have had recent communication through a family member and anticipate the case will move forward toward settlement. The parties have requested sixty (60) days to submit decision documents to the Court.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 20, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
