ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

On July 19, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion To Dismiss which the Court will recharacterize as petitioner's Letter Dated July 13, 2022. It further appearing from that letter that petitioner does not intend to file a proper amended and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion To Dismiss filed July 19, 2022, is recharacterized as petitioner's Letter Dated July 13, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the grounds that petitioner failed to file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's filing fee.
