ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos Special Trial Judge

By Order dated August 18, 2021, this case was calendared for trial at the Court's November 1, 2021 remote trial session. On October 29, 2021, the undersigned continued this case, retained jurisdiction and directed the parties to file a joint status report by January 28, 2022. On January 28, 2022, respondent filed a status report indicating that some of the issues in the case are still being reviewed. There was no report filed by petitioners. In an Order dated February 9, 2022, the Court directed the parties to either submit settlement documents or file further status reports by March 18, 2022. On March 10, 2022 petitioners filed a status report indicating that they expect to take their case to trial. On March 16, 2022 respondent filed a status report indicating that the issues in this case remain under review.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is no longer retained by the undersigned and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition in due course.
