ORDER

PETER J. PANUTHOS SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE

In an Order dated February 9, 2022, the Court directed the parties to either submit settlement documents or file further status reports by March 18, 2022. On March 10, 2022, petitioners filed a document titled "Pretrial Memorandum". The Court's review of the document indicates that it is a status report and the Court will recharacterize it as such.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Pretrial Memorandum, filed March 10, 2022 is recharacterized as petitioners' Status Report.

This Order constitutes official notice of same to the parties.
