ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

Before the Court is the February 6, 2024 opposed motion of appellee Mayor Eric Johnson for an extension of time to file his brief and appellants' objection and request for sanctions. We GRANT appellee's motion and extend the time to March 11, 2024. We caution appellee that a further extension request will be disfavored.

We DENY appellants' request for sanctions.
