Because Lamar Jefferson's brief does not meet the general requirements of Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 9 and 38, we STRIKE Lamar Jefferson's brief filed on November 20, 2023. We ORDER Lamar Jefferson to file, no later than December 11, 2023, a brief that conforms with rules 9 and 38 including the requirements that it contain (1) a concise statement of the case, the course of proceedings, and the trial court's disposition of the case supported by record references; (2) a concise statement of the facts supported by record references; and (3) appropriate citations to authorities and the record in the argument section. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.1. Additionally, documents in the appendix contain sensitive data. Those documents may be included in the brief appendix but should have the sensitive data redacted. See id. 9.9(a),(c).
We caution appellant that failure to comply with this order may result in dismissal of his portion of the appeal without further notice. See id. 38.8(a)(1); 42.3 (b),(c).
