On Appeal from the 101st Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DC-23-07425

ORDER

BILL PEDERSEN, III JUSTICE

Before the Court is the November 20, 2023 motion of appellant Lamar "Yaka" Jefferson for an extension of time to file his opening brief. Appellant timely filed his brief on November 20, 2023. Accordingly, we DENY the motion as moot.

Appellant Jrmar "JJ" Jefferson has not filed a brief or sought an extension to do so. Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, we ORDER Jrmar "JJ" Jefferson to file his brief on or before December 8, 2023 and caution him that failure to do so may result in dismissal of his appeal for want of prosecution without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1).
