An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on May 25, 2012, and an application having been made by Jason F. Poplaski, Esq., for substitution of counsel as attorney for the child Javonte W.G.,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Jason F. Poplaski, Esq., dated March 27, 2013,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Scott A. Otis, Esq., 340 North Michigan Avenue, PO Box 344, Watertown, New York 13601, is hereby assigned as attorney for the child Javonte W.G., and
It is further ORDERED that Mr. Otis submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before May 31, 2013, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
