Appeals by Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 28, 2021, and April 30, 2021, respectively, and separate appeal by St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church from the order dated April 30, 2021. Motion by Child USA for leave to file an amicus curiae brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
