An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on November 15, 2016, and an application having been made by Norman P. Deep, Esq., for substitution of counsel as attorney for the child,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Norman P. Deep, Esq., dated February 14, 2018,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that John G. Koslosky, Esq., 2635 Genesee Street, Utica, New York 13501, is hereby assigned as attorney for the child, and

It is further ORDERED that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before May 8, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
