IGNACIO JASSO & ANGELICA RODRIGUEZ, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro Judge

On May 5, 2023, the parties submitted to the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 14). The Proposed Stipulated Decision failed to address the I.R.C. § 6676 penalty determined in the December 27, 2021, Notice of Deficiency upon which this case is based. The Court will strike from the record the Proposed Stipulated Decision filed May 5, 2023, and permit the parties additional time to file a properly executed Proposed Stipulated Decision. Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision filed May 5, 2023, is hereby stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the May 22, 2023, Chicago, Illinois, trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on May 22, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 21, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned judge.
