On July 22, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment and a Declaration of Tamara L. Kotzker in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment. On July 28, 2021, the Court issued an Order directing petitioner to file a Response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment by August 25, 2021. On August 20, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of Time to File Response to Motion for Summary Judgment. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that so much of petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time to File Response to Motion for Summary Judgment that requests corrected information by respondent no later than September 15, 2021, is hereby denied. It is further

ORDERED that so much of petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time to File Response to Motion for Summary Judgment that requests petitioner's response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment to be mailed no later than November 1, 2021, is hereby denied. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time to File Response to Motion for Summary Judgment, filed August 20, 2021, is granted in that time is extended from August 25, 2021 to October 15, 2021, for petitioner to file a Response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment. Petitioner is warned that if he fails to file a response as directed, the Court may grant respondent's motion.
